The reason the taillights are also different in the photos is because I took them out to take the photos for selling it but if yall prefer them over OEM ones I can replace them

Put it up for sale on Cars & Bids. I hear that site may get you top dollar. You could also see what CarMax would give you. I recently went to that site and input the data for my truck, they offered me $46k for it.

No joke, $46k for a used truck with 8k+ miles on it. I paid that amount 8 months ago!

 

Looking back now I paid a terrible deal of 60k for it and I really want about 57k because ive put 16k miles on it

I see that you're in Dallas. So I put this into KBB.com. The year/make/model/trim level & mileage of your truck. I even listed the color and that it's in "Excellent" condition. For a private party sale, the top of the market is $52k That's assuming you'll find someone to pay that.

I think your dreams of $57k is kind of unrealistic.

You're trying to sell at an unrealistic, inflated price and you're finding yourself upside down on a huge loan with what I'm guessing is a ridiculous interest rate. There's a guy in my neighborhood going through this right now. But his attitude on it is different. He bought his house in early 2022, at the height of housing boom. He paid probably 100k more than he should have, and he knew that going in. Then he got raped on the interest; 7% and change.

Now he's trying to sell the house for LESS than he bought it. He admitted he's underwater and cannot afford the house. So he's trying to get out as FAST as he can before it gets worse. He told me "I got fucked coming in, and I'm getting fucked leaving. But I learned what not to do next time."

A lot of people are going to get hit hard financially, but some will try to fight it off as long as they can. But it will happen.
