I have a 2010 Limited at roughly 110k miles that had some vibration you could feel in the steering wheel as speed increases and it turn out to be the driver side wheel bearing. Had it replaced at dealer. The pax side was fine.
210k miles now and no issues. Picking up a new 2024 today and selling my limited.

Thanks for this thread. I have a 23 TRD ORP and that audio you uploaded @mmike87 is exactly what I hear. It's been driving me nuts. I'm on Yokohama Geolandar MTs. I'll have to swap out to falken wild peaks. I wonder if the new RTs will fix the noise.

Did the new tires help you? I’m dealing with the same sound only much louder. 35,900 miles so my warranty is running thin.

I have a similar sound to what was posted above on my 2021. Only starts up over 40 mph, coming from the drivers foot well area, and it sounds like if a washer wasn't tightened down and floating loosely on a bolt, vibrating/bouncing around. There is a slight resonant vibration feeling through the steering wheel when it happens. I have some Toyo AT3s that are down to the end of their tread life and a new set on order, should have them installed in a week or so. We'll see if new tires quiet this rattle down.

Replacement set of Toyo AT3s installed and they eliminated my rattle, and are MUCH quieter/smoother that the worn set. Old set of Toyos was about 1mm away from the wear bars but I saw no abnormal wear patterns. Whatever was rattling I'm sure is lurking there somewhere but at least it gone, was starting to drive me bonkers.
