I don't hear anything suspicious, but some sounds aren't captured well in recording.

This is on your 2023 Limited? It's extremely unlikely to already have a bad wheel bearing unless it's been in an accident or been really abused.

Hard to tell by recording. The above poster asked if this is a Limited model? You wouldn't happen to be in 4H would you? Not sure if we are hearing tire noise or transmission / diff wind? I heard it transitioning road surfaces but not much beyond that. You will know pretty quickly if you have a bearing going out. Turn off the air in the car as well keep as quiet as possible and listen for it.

You said it gets better when you let up on the accelerator. A bad wheel bearing may or may not have that symptom. Does it sound different when you're turning vs. going straight, or turning left vs. turning right?

I don't think I've ever known of a vehicle with a wheel bearing failure so soon. My wife had one go at 75k miles. The earliest it ever happened to me was around 180k miles.

So it can't be wheel bearing and tire

 

Is it stock, or has there been any work on the differentials?

A cheap test would be to change the oil one diff at a time to see if that makes a difference. T-case too.

1. engine no - because no similar noise is heard when park truck in P shift and rev engine to 1500 ~2000rpm
2. wheel bearing and tire no - because the noise disappears immediately when I release accelerator pedal and I didn't hear the noise when drive down hill at the same speed and rpm with accelerator pedal released completely
3. transmission
4. diff/transfer case
5. propeller shaft - not sure but I've check them statically all tight

another strange thing is I can hear the noise but can't feel any vibration at any speed

 

So am I the winner? Transmission and Diff sounds? w00t "Winner Winner Chicken Dinner" --- Seriously though sounded ok in the recording but better check it out to be safe.

Could just be normal truck noises. For example, by design there's some backlash in the differentials' ring & pinion gears. When you're on the gas vs. coasting, the different faces of the gear teeth get loaded and unloaded, and the noises change. Mfg and assembly tolerances in the differential assembly will result in different noises from vehicle to vehicle, and the noises may change before and after the break-in period (~500 miles). Remember you didn't buy a pavement princess Highlander, so don't expect pavement princess refinement.
