Thanks, she only has 167k on her. that was a wash/wax day for me and my son at the end of summer. He doesnt realize how lucky he is to have such a meticulously cared for vehicle from me. Lol!

Amen to that! Any smart young man or girl should treasure that vehicle. Luckily I learned to appreciate things pretty early. I was the 16 yo polishing and waxing a Ford Tempo. As said in Ferris Bueller it was a POS but it was better than no POS .

lol, I really didn't want it but wife said she would prefer it to get in and out of the vehicle. Its now kinda growing on me tbh.

 

They look much better then the standard running boards. And they are probably more useful then the predator steps

 

For those that have the redwood interior, take a look at this powdercoat color chart, and tell me what color you think would match it the best. I'm thinking 8016, Mahogany Brown? I'm kicking around the idea of getting a set of 17" OEM Toyota wheels, and getting them powdercoated to match the redwood interior. Just something different from silver, black, bronze, or gunmetal...

 

My wife and I had a black 4Runner last year, we traded it in for an Acura Rdx, we hated it lol. So today we were able to trade it in for another 4Runner. Can’t wait to start modding it again.

Congratulations. Yeah I saw a MGM and Underground side by side over the weekend. MGM wins in my book. It is much more shiny, classic and better looking. I would think the metallic would hold up better over the long term also.

I wanted my 4R to match my dog...

 

lol we buy our clothes and home furniture and carpet to match the dog. Dog sheds a lot and this way we can pretend there’s no dog hair all over the house

 

Ditched the silver rails for black. Also didn't reinstall the crossbars as I don't need them currently.

 

Gonna be a day or 2, just got home from vacation, but it's glorious...
