Hello folks, I look forward to learning a lot from you all! Now that my 2012 SR5 is paid off, I am ready to upgrade lights and to put a bit of money into the interior and performance. So suggestions are welcome!

    Nice, congrats!
I had almost made my first payment before installing my lift and tires. I'm a big fan of immediate gratification, lol.

Thank you Dan, my first though is to replace those parts that get weathered. So I want to replace the headlight housings and fog lamps with LED headlights. Then also to upgrade the interior LED from Orange to a Blue. As for off road, I am afraid this is a 2 wheel drive. Everyone other truck I had previously was 4X4, but I did not use them much in that capacity. So suggestions for sites and parts suppliers would be welcome!

Thank you Jester, after all this time with my 4Runner, I have decided I want a TRD. So I have upgraded stereo System but no need for a lift.

Too many mods and too much money
Welcome! Wet Okole seat covers are a good choice but pricey. You missed all the holiday sales unfortunately.
Performance mods are the holy grail of rabbit holes for the T4R. Lots of money for minimal gain. I gained a few hp and added torque and have been happy with the TRD intake, URD Y pipe and performance muffler I put on mine, but we have no inspection here, and spent a good bit of money to add them. Not worth it for a lot of people. Some states still do a visual inspection? So exhaust mods are a regional thing as far as what is accepted, but that's generally where performance starts, and sometimes mpg suffers. Do your research, so you don't get taken by the snake oil products that are out there as well. Some people swear by the throttle enhancement products, Sprint Booster and Pedal Commander, others claim snake oil. Since gas is cheaper right now you can try a few tanks of high octane and see if she responds to your liking. There again some will argue to the death over that one too. In the end, performance is a rabbit hole, but do what makes your butt dyno happy, because its your truck and money to spend. Also, my motto is: "read till they bleed" because like they say, knowledge is a good thing.
