    One-at-this-price stripper. Bought new 35 yrs ago, a $13K leftover. Added Detroit TruTrac, 1”rear spring spacer and “pinstripes”… Factory AC kit and roof rack bought at dealer cost at time of purchase, still blows ice cold 35yrs later. 2022 AG ORP all stock.
    I get a lighter wallet….

    The tank is 23 gallons. So a good 3 gallons will be there when the light comes on. Still not enough to get you out of trouble in Montana

    AT3W 275/70R17 Westcott Sliders Gobi no rise
    My range shows 320-335 miles when I refuel, but on long trips that don't involve going up mountains hills I've been able to get 360-390 miles by the time the low fuel light shows up.

    I think around 20 miles if I recall so you were almost there.

    Why go by miles per tank ? Are people all consistently driving the car until it dies?

    no.

    This approach is baking in all kinds of inconsistencies as each person determines the good enough threshold for “a tank”

    a highly imprecise and low value measurement
