    2023 Limited magnetic gray with redwood interior
    275/55-20s, Airaid CAI, Summit muffler, oil catch can
    So far I'd have to say my favorite mod, as far as price, ease of installation, and results go is the Cali Raised interior LED light kit on my '23 Limited. It's a pretty complete kit, to include LED bulbs for the vanity lights, puddle lights, rear license plate lights, map lights, dome light, rear cargo lights, door lights, and glove box light. Kit even came with a small plastic pry tool.

    I recently did the KDMax tune. It makes a great difference. Shifting is so much better. Good investment.

    I realize the question was for which one mod, but I have two “best” mods: I installed seat heaters in my 2013 SR5, which was a terrific mod. The other was a total upgrade to the audio system - new head unit and speakers, under-seat sub, and DSP. Another terrific mod.

    This is gonna sound lame......best 'mod' was putting the elastic netting in the back. Wife put groceries in the back....got home and lifted the door and .....you guessed it......crap rolling out! Ordered it immediately!

    Got rid of the toyota etune head unit when the screen & GPS crapped out.

    Put in Kenwood unit w/ Garmin GPS, Android Auto and OBC telemetry.

    Second best thing I ever did... after buying a 4Runner...
