Newb to 4Runner

this is the first yota I have owned, many of my friends have had them but this is my first. It a 2006 sr5 I’m having a new motor installed as the previous owner overheated it and just ruined it. I offered $1k for it and that’s what I got it for. Found a low mileage motor of the same year for 1200. All in I’ll be in about 3k. It’s a 2x but it’s in otherwise good condition. Not looking to make it an off-road beast, but would like to make it a little more fun. Anything I should be looking for. Nice meeting everyone.

It really just depends what you’re looking for. Depending on the tires currently on it. I would invest in some all terrain tires.
