Are those TRD off road overlays?

 

While it can be a flag of choice, by flag, I mean anything as a reminder, here a swimming noodle or ribbon. Anything that reminds me that I am carrying the bike above me. That said, a few times, despite the flag on the antenna, I entered a fast food drive-through only to notice the flag and have to back out.

Finally finished installing the Switch-Pros 9100 and wiring all the lights. Also installed an ARB air compressor under the hood on the passenger side. Used a Hefty Fabworks bracket.

Spray with Simple Green blue HD degreaser. Spray and let sit for 15 minutes and hose off. Then spray with Chemical guys Factory trim shine.

 

There are plastic overlays that go over the silver letters.

I use the least expensive tire shine I can find to clean my engine bay. Spray it liberally on everything, except the alternator. Let sit for 5 or 10 minutes and hose off with low-to-medium water pressure. Do it twice if needed. Keep the water away from the alternator. I wrap it with a plastic bag. Works great. 15 minute job and 10 of that is having a beer.

Yes, they are plastic overlays like those on the link. However, I do not recall where I purchased them from.

 

The factory trim shine spray has a low oil dressing compound not to break down the plastics and has a fogging type application.

Today I waited for my Gobi rack some more.

Does anybody here leave traction boards, awning, fridge, etc installed on a daily driver? I know it looks a little silly but impromptu beach BBQs are a thing.



I knew it was a bit of a "stretch" but can now confirm these classic 5x7 KC covers won't fit over my modern 5x7 lights.

 

Installed some new Morimoto 4Banger fogs. They're damn good actually. Been flashed a couple of times so far so may need to aim them a little lower. Also got my name in for the Heated Steering Wheel harness from OldRed. Super stoked.

 

My little bride goes every week for either Hair or Hair & Nails, IS the only reason I know why to ask and I'm fine W/what she does/buys no matter what!! Including cleaning lady every other week even ( though she W/cleans/vacuums all the time & we take our shoes off on entering house W/just the 2 of us !

 

I feel your pain my brother. Today, the USPS said "Your shipment will arrive today!" (I ordered some LED's from Diodes.) I get home, and no shipment. I checked their website, noooooooow it's going to be delivered tomorrow.

 

Checked and adjusted hood stop bumpers, while tracking down a slight rattle....
Driver side moved up 1/4 turn did make a difference for what its worth.
Then wiped down the seals with silicone to keep them soft and supple like rich Corinthian leather... If ya know,you know.

 

Nothing worse than watching delivery status show "Delivered" while you have been home and only hope it is sitting on your neighbors front porch.

Bent. It was my own fault

 

I was gonna say. I thought the car wash did it. If you plan to keep it look into the no drill mounts other roof rack use.

 

It was not the fault of the roof, not the fault of car wash, not the fault of the tire on top, it was my own stupidity, long story

 

There's a roof full rack i see on Amazon by the brand tyger, its like half the price of other racks.
