Hi all, so I’ve been fairly active on the TacomaWorld site. Owned two Tacoma’s and so this weekend made a family decision to move into a 2016 4Runner since it’s a little more family friendly and also the wife struggled to drive the manual Tacoma. So new to this scene but not the forums and such. Hope to learn a little bit about the 4runners and also try not to blow every pay check on it haha

I have a page going on TacomaWorld but I’ll try to keep things linked between the two pages (hence the same user name) https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads...bile-under-construction.545664/#post-17678695

Welcome man. I kept my Taco but sure love the 2018 4Runner.

Thanks guys! Yeah we can’t swing the multi car payment thing so we made the call it’s better to just have one really nice vehicle we both can drive. Wish I could have kept the Taco but the 4Runner was a great pick I feel like.

Yeah seems like this forum is a little more low key then the Tacoma World page.

4Runners are a more prestigious and distinguished bunch. It's like comparing yourself at 20 vs 30 :D

4Runner forum doesn't get near the traffic as Tacoma world. T4R may be better, I don't know?

I too just traded in my 2017 Tacoma yesterday for a 2018 4Runner. Pretty much for the same reason.. family.

It seems to be comparing a nice $50 bottle of wine to a $4 Box wine haha

Yeah seems to be just a little more calmer which is cool. Hopefully the repeat questions and the trolls are to a min here?

I use them all. Definitely the the Formatting of the TW and 4R.com sites better than T4R, more user friendly.
