Sooo, going through everything and noticed I have wheel locks. Have been trying to find the key. Any special place they hide them? Already looked in the tool bag. Trying to get all my questions in order for when I go back to the dealer. Sorry for the newb questions.

Thanks for the reply. Did some more digging and it was in a ziploc bag in the bottom of the tool storage.

Glovebox, center console, overhead console sunglasses holder, jack handle toolkit bag. If the key isn't in any of the four locations, the previous owner didn't include it with the sale. You can buy an extractor socket set and remove the locks, then replace with normal lug nuts.

Everyone's advising but no one is showing me what the actual wheel lock and lugs look like...please guys help me out I'm having a meltdown here.i did look in the rear driver side compartment and all I found was some wrenchs and that hydraulic lift looking thing there's no wheel key and lugs.i checked the glove box of course in fact it was the first placed I checked and then the console compartment near the arm rest.nothing there just a zip lock bag with electrical wires for tow hitch I think.man this is frustrating.

^When you buy a used vehicle, any number of accessories and parts may be missing. Typical Toyota wheel lock key looks like this (left, shown with two locking lugnuts):

If the key is missing, you can either:

    1. Take it to the dealer. The service dept. has a master key set (~20 or so wheel lock keys covering all combinations of Toyota wheel locks).

    2. DIY with an extractor socket like this: https://www.amazon.com/THINKWORK-Remover-Removing-Stripped-Rounded-Off/dp/B08697WPSW/

Then you can install four replacement lugnuts.

You’ll do best if you get genuine Toyota oil filters. Your Toyota dealer’s parts department should have them in stock.

Make sure that you have, or get, an owners manual for your new rig - there’s all kinds of important information about your truck and what it needs.
