Bought a brand new 2018 4Runner up here in Anchorage, Alaska. I'm still in school although I will be graduating with an Electrical Engineering degree in the spring. Definitely not new to forums, but new to this one. Same username SnowroxKT on instagram, youtube, Tacomaworld, and various others. I also write trail guides and map trails for Trailsoffroad https://www.trailsoffroad.com when I get the chance.

And what happened to my last car. 2008 Subaru Impreza Outback Sport
Got cut off going ~45mph and did a 180* slide after hitting a 2012 Cadillac (at fault). No real injuries, but the airbag and seatbelt did an amazing job protecting me. SO glad my wife and 2 month old son weren't in the car with me when it happened.

And my latest youtube video, a bunch more on the channel. Video is from the Kings River Trail that goes to Ruby Lake, Alaska (near Sutton, Alaska) https://www.trailsoffroad.com/trails/2420-kings-river-trail

A picture of my Tacoma back when it was stock that made it in Petersen's 4wheel and offroad magazine on this trail. https://www.trailsoffroad.com/trails/2422-craigie-creek-road

And then a year or so later on the honeymoon (no we didn't carve the tree, our initials are K and J) on this trail https://www.trailsoffroad.com/trails/2419-bald-mountain-b29-trail
    Honeymoon Roxanne.jpg

Then from last summer on this trail https://www.trailsoffroad.com/trails/2419-bald-mountain-b29-trail

And from a new trail I haven't finished mapping yet.

Yeah it was quite the experience to say the least. Very grateful for modern crash technology, crumple zones, and airbags.
