Has anyone out there installed the TRD CAI on a 2017 4Runner. I bought one on line. But just read a blog that said Toyota changed the location of the air pump on the 2017s and it won't fit. Hard to believe they would change location on a 5 gen thats been out since 2010.

Did a little more research. Sounds like it should fit on the 17's. I have the piece on order and will report back after installation.

Hopefully I'll get it by the weekend. Might do the install myself. Will keep you posted when I get it on. Nice color Pro, BTW.

Yeah I actually bought the parts separately and saved a hundred+ on the purchase. I actually got the list from another member who installed it on his 17' with no problem.

Install the Trd CAI this weekend. Pretty basic install, took me about 2 hours. I went slow on wiring, didn't want to mess anything up. Drove the truck around and it seems more responsive. I'll check gas millage this week. Thumbs up from me on the kit. And yes it definitely fits the 2017 4Runner.

Thanks for posting the information. I'll get mine installed in my free time which seems to be a rare occurrence these days. Take care! Mike

Ebay and Amazon both sell them.
