Hey guys, my name's Brandon and I'm the owner of Coastal Offroad. We just started up a couple months ago and are proud to now be offering products for the 1990-1995 4Runner. All of our products are weld-together kits. Our objective is to provide top-quality Toyota armor at a fraction of the cost of the fully-welded products available on the market.

We are located in British Columbia, Canada and ship North America wide. To be more specific, we do our design and prototyping in Victoria and the kits themselves are produced in Vancouver.

The main difference is weight. The 1/4" aluminum version weighs about 38lbs compared to 79lbs for the 3/16" steel bumper so it's quite a large difference. The aluminum bumper will still be very strong for winching and general use, but its a lot softer than steel and is not recommended if you think you'll experience a lot of direct impacts with rocks.

Yes, we accept all of the common payment methods such as Visa and Paypal through our website and our shipping rates to the US are very competitive.

Here is the matching rear bumper I now offer. The goal with this one was to make an ultra low profile bumper that provides a hitch receiver, recovery points, and excellent rear end protection for your 2nd gen. The recessed hitch receiver and sloping rear profile make for a bumper that maximizes departure angle and slides over obstacles much nicer than the factory tin foil or tail gate edge (if you are one of the many who don't run any rear bumper).

You can see the full details here: https://www.coastaloffroad.com/3rd-gen-4runner/2nd-gen-4runner-high-clearance-rear-plate-bumper

I will have pictures of our dual swing out rear tire carrier installed on this bumper soon!

Finally a rear swing out! Always wanted one. Even went through the trouble of tracking down a factory one from a junkyard with a color matched tailgate. Would much rather do it this way though I think, less body mods and if I'm not mistaken the factory one can only hold up to a 31" tire or so. How big can yours hold?

It's designed to run up to a 35" tire. The single swing also comes with brackets to mount a hilift jack and other gear and the dual swing out has a lockable jerry can holder that fits two 20L NATO cans.

Yes they are. No welding of the frame is required for the front or rear bumpers
