That might just be for application specific shocks

Well, I tried to order some King 2.5 RR for all 4 corners and they were on a 52 week backorder. Obviously not gonna wait that long...

So, I ended up going with the Fox 2.5" coilovers with Resi's and Camburg uniball UCA's in the front. Fox 2.0 Resi's with an Eibach 1" lift spring in the rear. Found a decent sale and got everything for about $2800 total, so hopefully they are all in stock and get shipped out soon!

If you wear out fox 2.5's in 30k miles I will eat my shoe.

Yeah, ill be pretty disappointed if I need to rebuild the Fox's at 30k. Its going to be a daily driver/weekend camping vehicle. Maybe some moderate trails a few times per year, nothing too wild.

I would guess you would at least get double that mileage out of them, probably considerably more.

If this is true that’s awesome. For some reason I had it in my head I’d have to be getting them serviced or replaced every 2-3 years/20-30k miles. 50-60k would be awesome

The only situation I could perceive that occurring is if you're desert running at 60+ mph frequently. All the folks I know with DSC suspensions and are moderate offroaders, get 50-60k before needing service.

oh no. Not that hard core. More like running some desert whoops and washboards at 30mph once a month or every other month

That is mostly true, we have an open order with KING and it really does depend on the application. Its been over a year and we haven't received our full order with them. Their EXT stuff is looking like the parts that are taking the longest as we have seen some adjustable non EXT being fulfilled from them. From what we have learned is KING prioritizes the following way, their race teams are at the top of the list which is understandable as they cannot throw away a whole race season for their teams, then they prioritize their universal applications, and lastly their OEM bolt on applications.

My own opinion. Kings are a bit smoother then fox. But can't go wrong with either.

Was this comparison done King compression level 1 vs Fox hi compression 1 + low compression 1. Both running same springs? Not one running heavy springs? Just asking because I've heard the opposite.
