    Google is your friend.

Means your secondary air injection system (SAIS) is failing, or at the very least (unlikely) theres a loose connection somewhere throwing the code. Few options to fix/bypass the issue:
    1. take to Toyota and have them fix it, between labor and parts somewhere around $3k depending on where you go/pricing it out
    2. @slyfox75 on T4R.org (think hes still active) makes a kit that requires only a bit of splicing of wires within the engine bay, kit is less than $100
    3. https://hewitt-tech.com/ makes a more intricate bypass kit that replaces the SAIS driver itself, blocks off the exhaust bypass tubing, plugs into the wiring harness, and splices into the ECU in the cab. $400

I have reset the CEL waiting to see if it goes off again. I was hoping maybe the controllers fail sometimes. Hewitt is out of the second gen and claim 1st gen wont fix my issue/vehicle.
Wires look fine. Put some dielectric on one of the connectors, may put some on one of the others that I missed and looks a little grimy.
Truck is running fine except for loss of power from the transmission one time which I suppose is a different issue. Neutral safety switch maybe.
Havent had the truck long. See what happens next.

If you havent reached out to SlyFox on T4R you should do so. He's quite knowledgeable on it all after these years of building his kit alongside the Hewitt folks. He may well know something else not previously mentioned
