I replaced my PCV Valve today, and noticed that the original was not all the way threaded, but torqued. Is it normal for some of the threads to be exposed? motor seems to run better still after replacing it.

The tick quieted down a lot, if you could do me a huge favor and check how far in your PCV valve is, though... :amen:

Stuck CAPS, I also recently replaced my PCV valve with OEM from dealer and can confirm it does not thread all the way in. I thought it was odd also. Cheers!

Thanks man, forgot to mention I figured it out, so for anyone wondering, the valve does not thread all the way in.
