Show us your rack!

Pretty simple, mounts using existing holes in the roof, its 1 5/8" o.d aluminum tubing, 3/16" wall thickness. I'll try to get more pictures if the rain stops.

 

I use the TRD PRO rack for my cargo box and will attach an awning at some point as well.

I have a 2021 Pro and I would like to switch to a full rack. One of the things i would like to put on the rack is a Yakima SkyBox 21 Carbonite. Has anyone done this?

Did gobi change the height of the rack? That rack looks much taller than mine.

 

2 different options. The tall one is called the Ranger. Yours is called a Stealth.

Is there any room left in the basket for gas cans or bundles of wood? I have a similar cargo box I use all the time and am trying to figure out how to get a little more usable space on the roof with it.

I currently don't have my awning mounted but basically just need to move the 2 yakima 23H closer together to take an ARB 813402 Awning Bracket on both ends.

 

I am installing my Diode Dynamics SS42 lightbar to my Gobi rack and it barely fits with the Gobi mounts, and I can’t use the included DD mounts for stability… does anyone have any recommendations on how to better mount the bar?

@ChessGuy I almost pulled the trigger on the Westcott Designs but went with Sherpa Crestone because I liked the white and amber option on the stealth lightbar and the built-in handles (plus, imo, it just looks a little better overall.

I did order the WD hatch ladder and should have it in about 3-4 weeks if I'm lucky.

Does that mount to the factory cross bars?

 

Built my own. Added several DD lights to it as well.

 

I just did it in March on a trip to Kentucky. Worked great. I have the same skybox I believe. Big enough for me to lay in it with extra room.

That is a sick build you got going on. Great ideas and innovations. Now I want to know where you ran the wiring after making them go out the back of your rack. I was thinking of having the wiring go out the front of the rack and down the rain channel but maybe there is a better way?
