Where's the sense of community if we're always just to told to google it or search n00b?

Forums just die out and there's never any conversation anymore when that happens. That's the point of a community, to thrive and help each other out with the best decision on things.

Here's a link from another thread about them. Looks like good reviews. I'm not sure if anything has changed that would make them incompatible with a '22.

Thank you everyone who had something nice to say! And yes I've tried google but I was looking for a second opinion on a product maybe someone else has tried! Be helpful, don't be a dick about it!

Forums die out because of FB groups, not because people were told to search.

Doug, it's more about having respect for the community you just joined by not asking to be spoon fed something that could be had by using the search function. There are tons of threads on here about your topic, so why not take advantage of them?

I’m not removing my fog lights to install the laminex covers. There are plenty of videos showing people putting them on.

    I’m not the original poster.

These types of responses and nitpicking remind me why I left car forums years ago. Recently got a 4Runner and wanted to do some mods and have a sense of community, alas nothing has changed. I didn’t realize starting a topic, regardless of it being covered prior, was a lack of respect. If it really bothers you that much, you may want to re assess where your mental state is. The OP isn’t harming anyone asking what the best is. Not everyone has time to scour up and down search lists. Besides, I like seeing new posts pop up when I need a breather from work when things are getting stressful, instead of tumbleweeds blowing through a forum. Enjoy your weekend.

Who cares? Whoopty doo. You helped someone if you decide to reply.. move on. Mods can close a thread if it’s been covered a billion times. At least the OP said thank you.

Do you lights sit flush inside the grill spaces or do they stick out in front of the grill?

They are quite easy to do without removing the fogs.
However I would like to ask for anyone who has put the yellow Lamin-X on led fogs. Have you noticed the almost look a little green?
Wondering if the Amber Lamin-X looks kinda funny at all.

i have the yellow. not a fan with the factory LED fogs, they do have a green-ish hue. i've been meaning to take it off but have been putting it off. i'll try to take a picture of its output when i get a chance to in the near future.

I’ve been on a lot of car forums over the years. What makes them thrive is a core group of guys who are active, kind, knowledgeable, and generous. I haven’t been a member of this board long enough to know who those guys are, but I’ll learn. What kills a board is when too many a-holes join, and they drive the core group away with their bad attitudes. This seems to be a great board so let’s keep it that way! :-D

I just added the Seven Sparta yellow raptor lights to my 2021 T4R. Install needed a little adaptation as the fusebox layout has changed since the online install video was made. For a 2021 4Runner I added the add-a-fuse to EFI NO.2, as the use of INJ as recommended in the video does not work as the fuse layout changed in 2021 and there isn’t enough room. EFI NO2 stays off at ACCESSORY, turns on with the IGNITION ON and turns off 30 seconds after ignition is off. (Meaning they are always on while driving.) I also had to cut a notch in the fuse lid and fuse case to accommodate the wire, which I padded with rubber tape. Not hard just some adaptation.

For those that installed raptor lights and ran the wiring into the cabin fuse box...what did you do with the interior fuse box cover?
