What have you done to your 5th Gen 4Runner today?

Got my TRD Pro grill and valance installed along with my LED Rators...
Also finally found a paint to match my wheels so I sprayed a couple coats on my new emblems... Not a big fan of chrome

 

Almost have all the lights switched over to LED now! replaced the DRL today. It’s silly to me that they don’t put LED all the way around at the factory. Soooo much better. (To me, anyway)

 

what did you use for the DRL's? they are the only non led bulbs on the outside of my Pro.

Ive been thinking about the Anthracite color from Plastidip but seems I can only buy it from DYC.

Sometimes having aftermarket shit is a pain in the ass. Ordered $40 brackets to fit my diode fogs to my new bumper, to find they don’t really work that well. Then realized I need to order flat bezels to make them work. Said f it and rigged it the way it is.

 

Installed my AVS vent shades. I like how flush they are in comparison to the ones that bulge out. 10 minutes to install

 

nice! where & what color did you get.. only option i saw was smoke.. looks pretty dark (which i want) against black 4R and tints..

thanks! i did see those. that 1st image looks very light. I assuming that's just the pic. yours look very dark. you think it will be ok for a black 4R.. don't want any of the "light" smoke to throw it off.. i see up to 2020..I have a 21

 

I imagine it will fit 21 as the 4Runner body hasn’t really changed. I think it will look good but I can send you a picture tomorrow with it against the black door rails and you can let me know what you think.

I installed an accessorides remote start kit. Took a little over an hour. Not terribly hard, but the panel clips don’t release as easy for me as they do on the YouTube install video.

 

Nice, please tell us a little more about your installation, where you purchased … also is that just a flashlight or did you install a glovebox light & small old school push-in switch so when lid closes up it shuts off?
