Roof rack wind noise

    Those of you that have full roof racks do you experience wind noise? If you do did you do anything to fix it? I just installed a SSO full rack and the wind noise that sounds to be coming down from the rear view mirror area seems excessive.

    You might be able to install some fairings on the front of the rack, but those can generate wind noise as well.

    It has one, I think some how that’s what’s causing most of it.

    I would play around with it.
    Make sure it’s installed properly and everything is tight.

    Remove it, see if it actually sounds better without it.

    Make sure it’s on straight.

    Went and picked up a micrometer and did some fine tuning and it made a big difference
