I never enjoyed a vehicle more than I did my TRD Pro. Its just not in the budget during these times. To be honest, on a daily basis there is no difference between the TRD Pro and SR5P and I think I actually enjoy this stock suspension a little better than the Fox. The 4R is not for everyone, but I knew the day I bought the Subaru was not for me. I felt too much like a socialist.

No offense but I can't stand all the nickel and dime BS all of these other companies are doing, first, it's raw or powder coat, then it's HRE or DOM choice of tubing, then what style of weld do you want, do you want top plates, oh shit now you want a kick-out - OK that's $1200 + $250 shipping and we will make them in 12 weeks from now. Couldn’t agree more. With everyone thinking they’re an “overlander”, companies took advantage of it and continually raised pricing. Well before any of this covid bs and costs of materials increasing. There’s a particular set I’m looking at that’s over $1500 with shipping. Raw materials and labor are no where near that. I’ve been at metaltech while they’re building sliders. They make a set in less than 60 minutes.

 

I’m glad to see someone else is questioning the ‘crazy’ that is going on with these BS excuses!
I’m in the auto business (Tier 1 supplier), and have worked many years in the steel industry and still in contact with guys who worked for me - raw material (steel) is absolutely not at an all time high, so I feel like it has just come down to taking advantage of people!

The Aplha Equipt product is a fine quality product with every option all the other companies are making and apparently can be had for half the total price.

 

Was looking at these as well, we’re you given a timeline for delivery? Also so don’t see anything regarding install especially with KDSS which I have. Any info regarding these and if you get them can you post up some close up pics of the design, thanks.

Not a deal per say but for the month of November, Bud Built is not raising their prices due to the price of materials going up. So basically last chance for the cheaper pricing. I ordered their gas tank skid to finish off my underbody protection.
