Originally custom built to stand in the middle of the 2nd Gen Access Cab; still have the extra leg that has since been removed. However it would sound just as nice (or nearly as nice) lying on its side as you see in the photos. PM me if interested.

Custom made ported dual 10” subwoofer box with two Audio Dynamics AD1110 D4 subs. Kicker CX1200.1 mono amp. The enclosure originally built as a down-firing box (designed by the Audio Dynamics Sound Engineer), had an additional leg and stood in my Access Cab but has been removed. Solid and heavy enclosure. Subs have been used just enough to break in. Box is a little dusty but has been well maintained and away from the elements. Condition is Very Good+. Looking to sell as a package. Local pickup only unless you can pay extra for shipping (will be expensive due to weight). [IMG]

Bump. The sale of this affords a new turntable for me :)

I think I've seen you post this once already. I am guessing you've already thought of this, but you might have better luck on FB marketplace. This is a very bulky setup, and as I am sure you've noticed while surfing threads, most of the fellas around here use their cargo space for camping, trail gear, etc. A setup of this size takes up valuable space, so you might have trouble capturing your target audience here. I am not saying there aren't audio guys on this forum (I am one of them), but usually they go for discreet or otherwise custom and out of the way. Unless of course you catch a break and get a 16-19 year old with a hand-me-down 4R who doesn't care about any of the things I mentioned.

EDIT: Disregard my FB MarketPlace comment. I just read the URL of your link. Best of luck selling it - you seem to have it fairly priced.

I appreciate the input! I’ve actually got it listed several places, FB Marketplace included.

Honestly I regret the way I had it built a few years ago, which is why I went with OEM Audio + rig when I got my 4R.

The saying "you live and you learn" couldn't be more fitting. I regret my first setup - the enclosure that is. It was bulky and already custom built for another vehicle (purchased it used). I loved the components so much and figured I would wait until I either blew my ear drums or the sub before I replaced. Well, that didn't happen. It was a Precision Power amp and 2 Eclipse Titanium subs. I don't know how my hearing survived. Anyway, every purchase thereafter has been custom to the vehicle it is going in.

I only recently purchased my 4R toward the end of summer 2020, but due to needing to keep all cargo room, I am going for the JL 13TW5v2-2 due to its extremely thin profile. I am not sure where it'll be tucked/hidden just yet, but I will leave that to the audio professionals when I bring it in.
