Bumper Valance for my 1996 4Runner in Gray

Where can I purchase a bumper valance in gray from my 96 4Runner. There is a bit of damage to it or do you guys recommend getting a complete new bumper and what are your recommendations if that is the case.

you can look at sites like rock auto and even Amazon would have them, nothing painted though. aside from that car-part.com is a good resource
