Hi Everyone,

My name is Phil Brown, I *had* a 2004 white v6 SR5 4x4, until I SUNK IT August 19th while launching my boat!

No one was hurt, and I got an insurance check for the old 4Runner (it was paid off)... so I added to that and decided to UPGRADE!!!

I liked my old, White 4th gen so much, that I bet you'll never guess what I got to replace it????

That's right, a NEW (to me) white 4th Gen. The new one is a White 2008 limited V8 4x4, with sunroof, & factory navigation and I love it.

Photos of the old and new are attached. Guess which one's the old one? (hehe!)

Anyway, I'm not sure of the usefulness of another 4Runner community... there's a rather old one that seems to be very lively... but -- nonetheless -- I'm happy to join here.

I guess for whomever owns the forum, there's a huge difference... and that would be control and advertising money as the site grows. I'm not tryin' to be a hater or take anything away from the forum. I'm happy to be here. Hello to all!
