Advice on a used 2004 4Runner with 95K miles

I have found a 2004 4runner SR5 4x4 4.0L V6 24V MPFI DOHC Sport Edition with 95,239 miles and they are asking $9995. This is going to be my first 4runner and want to get some tips on what I should be looking for. Is this a good price with good miles? How is the overall maintenance for 4th gen 4runner with this engine and is there anything extra to keep in mind because it is a 4x4?

I am excited to finally get a 4runner that I have always wanted!

There are lots of threads on what to look for, but mostly make sure that every part of the 4wd system work. That's also a pretty great price for the miles. Mine's a 2007 but I paid twice that with 88k miles.
