    Signing In!

    Actually have two 4-Runners.

2006 with the essential equipment to go where I want towing two Can Am 800 XTPs on a Rat1 trailer with the torsion axle replacement to a 3500 lb Standen with leaf springs. The 2007 has a lift and Dyna Pro All Terrains. I service both vehicles.

A few intense off roads trips with one unfortunately on Michelin highway rubber in the gumbo. Rained all night but the drive train works allowing the city slicker rubber to all most pull off the 29 kilometer extraction of trailer with quads. Taught myself, the hard way, the difference between VSC and Skid control when locked in 4 high. You DO NOT want this feature when in the mud fish tailing towing a trailer. Honest! The system works well with the mud terrain tires. The winch paid huge dividends in the extraction process. Trailer tires require an upgrade to off road mud flinging rubber as on the intense trip the rubber locked up due to mud build up. Skis would have been the better option.

My lady drove the 2007 in the terrain but prevailed going down steep trails over wooden bridges and never toching the brakes or oversteering. Fortunately on the 2007 the O2 sensor had disabled the VSC track and Skid control.

No one gets mad we just get it done.
