    Hi,
I am thinking of buying a 2004 V8 4Runner limited. This car has only 68k miles and everything works fine. The car runs great and has no "visible" mechanical issues. I got the deal close at $12,500 (including taxes and all fees)
First - I would like to know what do you think of the price?
Second - This is going to be my first Toyota and i am worry that it is a 12 year old car and I am planning of keeping it for another 10 years.

Thanks in advance for your feedback

I think that's a close to fair price. Our family owns a car dealership and that seems like a fair price.I have an 87 with 230,000 miles and it still runs great! If you take good care of it it should last you for a good while.Mine is a v6.id like to see it.plz post a pic.hope this helped !

Thanks for your reply. attached are some images.
The reason that lowered the prices was because the dashboard is cracked, but the dealer doesn’t know that Toyota is replacing all cracked dashboards in Texas at no cost in 4th Gen 4runners because the humidity and heat.

It maybe a little high but for the miles, not a bad deal. You know the 4.7V8 has a timing belt and should be changed at 80 to 90K. It's an interference engine so don't forget. I've had 3 tundras with the 4.7 and have had no issues with that engine or transmission. Not much diffe3rence in gas mileage either between 4.0v6 and 4.7. Plenty of maintanence tips on the forums for this vehicle.
good luck with your new toy!
