Torque to OEM spec. Good idea to check the torque again after the first 50 or 100 miles with new wheels also.

So stock size tires. I was under the impression that stock size tires on scs wheels would rub. Maybe I read incorrectly. Let me/us know what you find. Maybe you have a lift??

Scs told me they wouldn't, so we'll see... Running these on a Pro with factory lift.

They've arrived... Exceptionally well packaged and only took 5 days from ordered to get here. Scs was very communicative during the process as well. So far, pretty impressed with these folks.

Been running SCS wheels for several years on my Tacomas and now on my T4R. Love the F5's. Best looking wheel on the market IMO.

Mine are 17x9 with the 3.5BS in Matte Jet Black.

Quick review... No rubbing. Noticeable steering/handling improvement with wider track. Can slightly feel the unsprung weight difference in acceleration/braking. This was surprising, but I have/had many sportscars, so I'm sensitive to it. All in all, I'm happy. Good purchase for short money. 20190815_111940.jpg

-10mm, BS 4.30. At the end of the day, these stick out about a half an inch past the stock Pro rims.

Solid choice. Can't go wrong with SCS. I have 2 sets of Ray10s. New set will be on Monday.

Love this! Congrats! Has anybody run these wheels on a non-PRO (SR5, no lift) without rubbing?

The guy who put them on used to own Wheel Expedition (one of the first places to rep SCS) which is funny because I had no idea he was a new employee at my usual Race shop. Anyway there's tons of room in there. I think if you went with a 265 tire you wouldn't have any issues. There's also a lot of maneuverability in the mud guard and fender liner if you did encounter slight rubbing.

I think you are safe with bronze on black or white.

I’m putting these on my Pro when I get tired of cleaning my black Pro wheels. But I will still probably be putting the black on. The matte black is a harder wheel to clean then the finish on SCS wheels. I had them before. Loved them.

Nice setup. Those look so clean. OP, can you post a front view so we can see the fender fitment? Also, can you post a side 45 view? I'm interested in the exact same setup on a 2016 Limited.

Anyone know if the 17x8.5 or 17x9 wheel would have less rubbing issues on a TRD ORP with 3" lift and 285/70r17 tires?

The 8.5 will have less rubbing than the 9. It’s still wide, but not as wide. I would venture to say you’ll need UCA’s and a BMC at a minimum to properly fit and align them.
I believe OP went with 17x8 though.

BE8D4AFB-18A8-4A66-977F-BE672BBBBE89.jpg I just had my SCS 17x8.5 put on with new Falken AT tires. Also went with 10ply more tire. No issues with rubbing on my Pro.

The F5 is my favorite Wheel. I have a set in the same size in gunmetal on the way. We’re you able to use you original TPMS?

Love the look of these wheels! Great customer service from SCS. Had them installed with Falken Wildpeak AT3W OEM size tires. A bit of rubbing on full crank in reverse.

Looks good Darrin, I wish I could have kept my Falkens. Had balancing issues with 3 different sets. Stock size tire. I love the F5’s planning on putting them on my 2020 Pro. Can you post a different side shot. Like to see how good they look. Thanks.
