I know this is a bit morbid for most, but what movies would you pic for binge watching durring a lock down? Only caveat is it has to be pandemic related.

    Andromeda strain is number one
    I am legend ( i know its a remake)
The Stand ( at least episode one).
    Outbreak
    Contagion
    28 Days Later
    28 Weeks Later

Would Firefly count, with the PAX?
    ... ...

    Outbreak?

Are you trying to get more paranoid, so you can relate to the people who are freaking out?

Not paranoid (great sabath song by the way) at all.

No, me neither. I was thinking I haven't seen enough movies because some of my friends are really freaking out, while I'm just going on with my life (with adjustments).

We watched Wolf of Wall Street last night. Not pandemic related, but it was interesting. I'm not big on movies, so I'm about a decade behind.

    Good luck with your search!

Now what does the expanse have to do with a pandemic. Haven't heard of the others.

Zero Zero Zero on Netflix is pretty good.
I like the old James Bond movies, they’re on Amazon prime.

Stake Land! Not sure if still on Netflix but it’s been one of my favorite post apocalyptic movies. They had Stake Land 2 on Netflix not too long ago either.

Who cares? This never shows everything anyway.
The Cowboy Bebop movie. Perfectly pandemic related.

Haha, old westerns on You Tube. So many, so little time to watch them all.

Sorry, I misunderstood. I thought the thread was about movies to watch during the pandemic not necessarily movies about pandemics. I can’t think of any old westerns that dealt with pandemics. That’s why they’re such a good genre to watch during a pandemic. Oh, for the simpler times of rustlers and stage coach outlaws.

Yes! This movie was so weird, but for some reason I really liked it!

Fyi, "The Happening" was not a great movie, if I recall. But, sort of on topic.

I work for a company deemed critical for the infrastructure, so no time off for me. I was really looking forward to a couple of weeks off to stay home and reload ammo and catch up on other projects.

Girlfriend just watched A Quiet Place and said it was really good. Was just about to start it. She's in quarantine with her elderly parents due to her dad scheduled for open-heart surgery this week.

A more appropriate show might be The Man in the High Castle due to all of the new police state rules being enacted every day. It's for your safety.

It's hilarious how so many things from "The Simpsons" seem to come true, in one way or another.

But, the last picture has been altered. It was the dreaded "Osaka Flu" if I recall. Not that I was ever obsessed with that show or anything.
