I bought a 2008 4Runner this summer and love it. But Sunday my rear whispers and defrost stopped working. So my assumption is a blow fuse. After about an hr of checking every single fuse there not a blown fuse. Anyone have any suggestions on what to look into?

    The whole story:

The battery in my '07 died on election day past. Put a charger on it and got enough in it to get it started. Replaced the battery.

Noticed the auto up/down on the driver's window had quit. Thought maybe it'd been malfunctioning and I just hadn't noticed so I wrote it off as old age – my old age.

I photograph bald eagles as a hobby. Needed to open the sun roof to get a shot. The auto feature wouldn't work. It worked before the battery was replaced. On the way home, I held the button down for a few minutes. Apparently that reset it. Another plus, the auto up/down on the driver's window works again.

The rear wiper, that'd been going by itself on start up before the battery change, ain't working at all. Washer wouldn't work either. Knew it didn't start by itself anymore but it hadn't been needed until this morning. Tried holding the control for a couple minutes – didn't help. Remembered to check here. Went to the garage and rolled the back glass down then back up. Rear wiper and washer works again.

Hope this helps someone else. Thank y'all for your contribution(s) to the thread----Roy.
