Trailering and putting my boat in at my local state park tomorrow. Then anchoring at my 70 foot deep spot for the night. It’s going to be 90 degrees here so don’t think night temps will be too cold for me. Hoping the front/rain comes through early, high tide is at 7:30 pm and should flow out most of the night. Supposed to be able to see the Northern Lights here, wouldn’t that be kewl never witnessed it....

Well, I got my last crank out of my battery. I had to jump it. Went into town, ugh, humans. And opted for an AGM. I think I picked up a couple ponys. Before14EA0837-9EA1-49AB-B868-87E7000B436D.jpgAfterB225C7FF-81E8-4FCD-922E-7734242C2936.jpg

But I didn’t have to reset any of my pre-set radio stations. Weird, guess there’s an internal memory batt. Maybe a capacitor?

I picked up massive horsepower with this AGM battery. Cruising with traffic at 75-80mph with the rpms barley hitting 2800rpms..Lights seem brighter too.....

Today? Well, yesterday, my son fish-tailed the 4runner into a parked car. Hmmmm. Will be posting in marketplace for list of goodies to rebuild.

At least he's 100% A-OK, if not mentally bummed cuz the truck is hurt. :(

    Many happy (and SAFE!) miles.

I could see the lights being brighter but how does a new battery give you more horsepower?

No that’s a citation was released unharmed. Not supposed to eat them if over twenty inches. PCBs, Mercury, the waterways are contaminated here.. There are warnings for the whole east coast too. I just finished a 1/2 bushel of crabs.:) The benefit outways the risk.....

Greater spark cleaner burn. Grounded better? Install an AGM and you will see...I got over 7 years out of my previous battery, prob was goin bad for awhile and I think it was undersized for my SUV..

I’m jealous of your clean battery terminals, so I have a new positive mount coming. Best ten bucks I will ever spend.:locked:

I just lost my internet for an hour. I was in a panic. New cables are going under ground here. Luckily I had Chris Brackett on my DVR. I’m leaving for the evening hunt in twenty minutes. Gonna leave all the deer alone except for one eight point+!!!
