Newbie

Hello, my name is Mark and I'm a newbie from SW ohio. I've been reading this forum for 6 months or so and find it very helpful. I bought my 4r a year ago and love it. I'm a Pennsylvania native and frequently return there 3 to 4 times a year. My longest trips are during Bear and Whitetail hunting seasons which is coming up soon. I stay with my brother who has lived in the mountains his whole life. Going to get new winter shoes for the 4r first.

Thanks, I'm thinking General Grabbers or Michelin defenders. I'll be looking at more when I go to my tire store.

I dont do any heavy off road driving but I make sure when I'm in the mountains I'm prepared. I've spent many hours driving on mountain dirt roads in summer and winter. Interstate 80 can be a beast in the winter as well. Thanks for the welcome.

Welcome! I live in Florida but grew up in Mississippi and Pennsylvania (just the first few years). I remember going back to Pa (Aliquippa) in the summer and asking my dad how come we didn't live there. Answer was 'come back in January and you'll see". jokes aside...nice area and some good people there.
