Awesome, that's OK, as with all things "your mileage may vary". Its kinda like the cargo baskets you see everywhere on our 4 runners, I wouldn't put one on if you paid me but it sure hasn't stopped 95% of the other 4 runner owners out there.

Yeah thats another one I wouldn't do. Along with the TRD PRO grill, PRO wheels, fancy nobs on the heat controls, many other things. I should probably stop but my mileage obviously varies.

Hell I have put so much money into this vehicle already I think I'm done with the mods. I do need comms though and May add those ABS sensor protectors and a little more armor underneath but it's gonna be a while. Now most money will be spent on maintaining the thing.

I’ve just read way too many positive things about it to think it’s a useless mod. But I certainly respect each person’s own reasoning on what they think as well.

That what makes modding these things so fun. An this community is a good way to bounce things off people and get their experiences with certain mods like this one. I bet I would like the thing but I have other more important things that need attention.

Whats shocking to me is the extreme low-balling I'm getting for this PC I have up on the sale board. Plenty of interested parties but people are killing me with the ridiculous offers. Pretty soon I'm gonna get someone ask for me to pay them to take it!
    Really??? $100.00 off isn't enough?

I appreciate your feedback. I wish it had been available when I was in the market.

It’s comical how people deal. They have to feel like they’re getting the upper hand. I was recently selling a snap on tool box that was brand new $3500. I had it listed for $1500. I had people offering me $500 and gettin shitty because i wouldn’t tAke it. I had people insisting i meet them half wAy with it yada yada yada. I was like my price is $1500, you come and get it, it’ll sit and rot to hell before I drop the price or meet you.

I can guarantee that I wouldn't have one if it didn't get used. I imagine that most of the people that have roof racks/baskets use them as well.

As far as the pedal commander; I'll never criticize anyone for installing them, as long as they don't act like it does anything that you couldn't do with your right foot.

Lots or great reviews of these products from users, but I really don't feel the need to get one for myself because I don't feel like the 4Runner lacks throttle response, IMO. I am mildly interested in the sprint booster however......more so for the ability to disable start-up.

But out of curiosity, have they done 0-60mph testing on these product?

Does it show that they reduce 0-60mph times?

Battle Born had it for $150! special earlier this year yeah yeah, I jumped on it. It will give you more throttle pep but if it was a $300 only price Nah I wouldn't do it. I turn it off when I off-road. If you have a Y pipe and some complaining loud exhaust already it will increase the dB, I tested it on cruise control, but that makes sense why it would do that my, my iData Maestro will show the throttle % change on my headunit when making adjustments.
But really like others have stated before, when you install 285s you lose some juice and it helps correct that a tad.
